Pashumitra provides a digital platform for pet owners and farmers to sell their products. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of items listed on the platform.
All purchases are subject to current pricing. Payments must be made in Rupees. Refunds for failed transactions will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds: For failed transactions, refunds will be issued within 7 business days to the user's bank account.
Cancellations: Currently handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support for assistance.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.
We encourage informal resolution of disputes. If not resolved, disputes will be referred to binding arbitration under applicable laws.
We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be reflected by the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site means acceptance of changes.
